A FLAT BELLY IN TWO WEEKS? IS IT REALLY POSSIBLE?

Is it really possible to get a flat belly in two weeks? This really depends on a lot of factors. The main one being, "How much body fat are you carrying to begin with?" If you're carrying plenty of flab over your abs to begin with then it will be a bit harder to get that flat stomach.
You will need to significantly boost your metabolic rate to burn that extra body fat and start seeing that flat stomach. Ab exercises are great for toning the stomach muscles which will reduce your waistline but if you want to see that six pack you need to increase your cardio and burn more calories.

A flat stomach in two weeks seems to be the holy grail of weight loss at the moment. Don't get scammed into thinking it's possible without putting the work in. There' no magic pill that will have you shedding pound while your sat at the computer eating twinkies (despite what the ads will have you believe).

A well structured weight loss program and a sustained pattern of gradual weight loss will enable you to lose the flab and, importantly, keep the flab off.

Nutrition

1. Avoid fried food like the plague.

4. Un-complex carbs. White bread, regular past, white rice and all other pastries. The body converts these to fats easily and they are also anti- nutrients. Eat whole wheat alternatives. Pastries are useless altogether. Avoid.

Fitness

1. Avoid prolonged aerobic activity (long runs etc.). Concentrate on short intensive anareobic activity. Trust me you'll burn far more bodyfat.

2. Perform core exercises. Crunches, the bridge etc. These will tone your mid-section and tighten you waist. These will help in that quest for that flat stomach.

3. Full body work outs are a must but no more than three time a week, avoid overtraining. Use a weight you can comfortably do fifteen reps with. This will burn calories and increase metabolism, burning excess bodyfat from the entire body.

These seven tips will get you well on the way to seeing fast results. In 2-3 weeks you will see a well toned, flat belly.
